The WHO definition of health is "a complete state of physical, mental and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity."

The health of employees is a concern for employers who have a legal duty to ensure that this state of well-being is maintained. However, the latest surveys by the Luxembourg Chamber of Employees show that nearly 1 in 4 employees feel uneasy about their work situation.

Work holds a central place in the life of every individual because it constitutes his identity. Each employee develops his own skills through work, and thus acts on the development of the company. Ensuring everyone's place within the company means ensuring its sustainability.

An analysis of working conditions and work organisation within your company will enable you to identify the primary causes of certain malfunctions, which can result in conflicts or malaise at work. To act in depth, to train employees and managers in psychosocial risks, is to protect oneself against the sometimes serious consequences of mutual misunderstandings.

Dialogue and the co-construction of plans to improve working conditions, based on the reality perceived by the company's stakeholders, are the key to preventing psychosocial risks.
