By ministerial order dated December 9, 2021, the applicable accident insurance contribution rate for 2022 has been unveiled. It is 0.75 % (same rate as for the years 2021 and 2020).
This rate is used as the basis for calculating the accident insurance premium, incorporating the bonus-malus. This means that the contribution rate can vary from 0.675% (if your company has a bonus of 10%) to 1.125 % (if your company has a malus of 50 %).
