For your reporting and monitoring of performance indicators, a battery of KPIs is now available in the Reporting module.
These indicators are available either in pdf format (rough layout) or in excel table with graphs where possible.
Filters are applicable according to the indicators: period, Work Units... and to be defined in the menu before exporting the data.
They are available under the themes:
- accidents: number, location, lost time frequency rate, total frequency rate, AAA frequency rate, severity rate,
- human resources: financial absenteeism rate (MDE), AAA contribution rate, absenteeism rate, medical examinations (complete report and current situation), age pyramid, seniority, evolution of FTEs, turnover, training, rate of non-participation in training, summary table of training.
These statistics and reports are of course valid for users who use the corresponding modules.
