The Ministry of Social Security has published the table of social parameters applicable on January 1, 2022 (202201_Paramètres_sociaux). They take into account, among other things, the retroactive introduction of indexation for family allowances as of October 1, 2021 (Law of December 17, 2021 "State Budget 2022", articles 26, 27 and 48) and the adjustment of the cost-of-living allowance (Regulation of the Government in Council of November 19, 2021).
Minimum compensation for an employee 18 years of age or older:
- unqualified is 2.256,95 € gross,
- qualified at €2,708.35 gross.
