Amendment on March 29, 2021 of the Grand Ducal Regulation on personal protective equipment of November 4, 1994
The Grand-Ducal Regulation of March 17, 2021 amended the Grand-Ducal Regulation of November 4, 1994 concerning the minimum safety and health requirements for the use of personal protective equipment by workers at work, specifically:
- on the risks according to the parts of the body to be protected by the personal protective equipment (Appendix 1),
- the non-exhaustive list of types of personal protective equipment with regard to the risks they protect against (Appendix 2) and
- on the non-exhaustive list of activities and sectors of activity that may require the provision of personal protective equipment (Appendix 3)
New telework agreement effective February 2, 2021
The Grand-Ducal regulation of January 22, 2021 declared the agreement of October 20, 2020 on the legal regime of telework to be generally binding.
